  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate all aspects of project implementation for two products: Fuse and Forge, from kick-off to launch
  - Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and web meetings to ensure project expectations are met
  - Follow pre-established checklists and workflows to ensure successful project completion
  - Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to achieve client goals with the Forge or Fuse product
  - Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients and internal teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  - Experience in a marketing agency or working with clients
  - Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
  - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
  - Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and address challenges as they arise
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in project management within a marketing context
  - Proven ability to learn processes and systems quickly
  - Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
  - Comfortable with creative brainstorming and offering solutions
  - Ability to communicate confidently with clients over the phone and via email
