What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain client relationships by identifying requirements and resolving issues
- Manage daily project-level communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Establish and maintain project plans for multiple installations, ensuring timely completion
- Review and approve proposed tenant configurations on project assets
- Facilitate site inspections and ensure compliance with construction documentation requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, construction management, or relevant experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to travel within the market up to 25% and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with construction processes and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Proven project management skills leading projects to completion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with commercial motor vehicle certification, if required
