  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as liaison among cross-departmental teams including editorial, IT, marketing, and sales
  - Manage client relationships during production and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
  - Prepare and maintain presentations for program kick-off meetings and campaign reports
  - Develop and maintain production timelines, ensuring programs stay on-time and on-budget
  - Lead weekly status meetings for cross-functional teams and prepare campaign performance reports
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  - 2-3 years of client-facing experience required; 3-5 years of related experience preferred
  - Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech advertising agency
  - Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
