What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide subject matter expertise in project scope definition, risk identification, and resource allocation
- Drive execution for the development, assessment, and implementation of key business projects
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to achieve positive outcomes
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience implementing new business processes and requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare/pharmacy-related field, preferably pharmacy services or benefit management
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, PlanView, and TeamTrack
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Project)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven technical aptitude; experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and/or Medicaid products
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Solid analytical and customer focus skills
