  Alignment Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs.
  
  Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  
  
  
  • Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units.
  
  
  
  • Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  
  
  
  • Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues.
  
  
  
  • Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards.
  
  
  
  • Leads change management activities including impact assessments, training, and communications.
  
  
  
  • Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  Experience:
  
  Required: 3-5 years of experience working in Project Management
  
  Preferred: Project Management within Managed Care
  
  Education/Licensure:
  
  Required:Bachelors degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education.
  
  Preferred: PMP Certification
  
  Specialized Skills:
  
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
  
  • Extremely detail and solutions oriented
  
  
  
  • Proven follow-up skills
  
  
  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
  
  
  • Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.) and how to use such software to drive projects to completion
  
  
  
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness/openness to change and actively make improvements towards efficiency
  
  
  
  • Possesses abilities to scope and identify potential issues and escalate accordingly and proactively

  Pay Range: $70,823.00 - $106,234.00
  Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
