What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage EPC/Design-Build Transmission Line, Substation, and Distribution projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Review estimates and ensure timely invoicing and change orders
- Conduct weekly subcontractor update meetings and manage project reporting
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8 years of experience in transmission line, substation, and/or distribution project management
- Familiarity with power delivery line and substation design processes
- Proven track record of leading project teams effectively
- Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 14 years of experience in transmission line, substation, and distribution project management
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering or related field
- PMP certification
- Experience with CPM scheduling and project estimating techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
