      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects
      - Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports
      - Create project plans specifying goals, strategies, resources, and budgets
      - Conduct risk monitoring and controls throughout the project's duration
      - Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to team, management, and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Typically 4-7 years of project management experience
      - Ability to manage project plans and budgets effectively
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of project management best practices and current methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management experience within a call center environment
      - PMP certification is desirable, but not required
      - Previous experience planning and coordinating multiple or large projects
