      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
      - Develop strategic project delivery plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource analysis
      - Coordinate internal and external planning and project status meetings
      - Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure uninterrupted project progress
      - Consolidate and report project performance metrics to stakeholders and the PMO

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
      - 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role within a professional services organization
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - Proven expertise in managing complex projects across multiple clients and initiatives
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a security services environment
      - Significant experience as a Consultant providing security expertise to clients
      - Ability to work independently with limited supervision
