What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver challenging retail construction projects from start to finish

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project or construction management
- Experience in retail banking construction project management preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for relationship building
- Proficiency in project management technology tools
