What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project management support and guidance to assigned business unit projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies
- Monitor and manage project activities, deliverables, and timelines, escalating issues as necessary
- Document project progress, issues, and solutions, including the development of reports and project documents
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external resources, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with no experience
- Demonstrated project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification
- Experience with Agile process software (e.g., Gira or Kanban software)
- Ability to think quickly and make swift recommendations in high-pressure situations
