What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
- Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring teams stay aligned on goals and timelines
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution and transparency
- Identify risks early and manage scope changes while communicating effectively with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role
- Proven success in delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Iterative methods
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, CSM, or related certifications
- Experience with visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Working knowledge of change management practices and cost-conscious project execution
