What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely completion
- Manage complex contract negotiations and lead the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams
- Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and document all project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in site design and development
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Project management experience, including scope, schedule, and budget control
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
