      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end project management for productivity, events, real estate activity, and other business-critical initiatives
      - Develop clear project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for successful project delivery
      - Monitor performance against productivity targets and identify opportunities for improvement
      - Assist with the rollout of new Store Operations strategies and ensure compliance and service levels
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with broader brand strategy and effective change management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in Store Leadership and/or Store Operations with a focus on process improvement
      - Proven ability to lead large program management efforts and establish effective governance structures
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
