What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, distribution, and analysis of a survey to gather stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate the co-creation and use of survey tools while managing internal timelines
- Ensure surveys are accessible to diverse communities, addressing language and technology needs
- Recruit and supervise local community members as engagement specialists
- Analyze survey data and present findings at specified intervals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in project management, particularly in community engagement or stakeholder outreach
- Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
- Strong analytical skills for data management and presentation
- Ability to work comfortably with diverse communities and underrepresented populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with arts organizations or community engagement initiatives
- Experience in survey development and data analysis
- Knowledge of the mid-Atlantic arts landscape and its diverse communities
