      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
      - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing project scope, risks, issues, and change requests
      - Act as a subject matter expert in Information Technology project management principles, techniques, and best practices
      - Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation
      - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management lifecycle methodology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

      - 3 years of leadership or management experience in a related field
