      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the management of two ongoing projects during a colleague's leave of absence
      - Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication with teams and stakeholders
      - Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary
      - Maintain and communicate project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Report on project objectives and status to all relevant stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in project management with experience overseeing cross-functional teams
      - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
      - PMP Certification
      - Familiarity with KPI tracking, budget control, and reporting
      - Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in international or remote team environments
      - Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus
