What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
- Assist with financial reporting, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
- Anticipate project challenges and adjust plans to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with team members using relevant software such as MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, and MS Project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of related experience in project management, or 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor project teams
- Proven experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional license (PE, AIA, RLA, AICP, etc.) depending on client and project requirements
- Experience in managing both public and private sector projects
- Strong negotiation skills for contract preparation and fee proposals
