      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform asset tagging and data collection in the field, reporting to a Regional Manager and assisting with team oversight
      - Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols during programs
      - Conduct walk-through surveys as the senior person on-site, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation
      - Provide data quality and control checks, taking photographs of representative systems and conditions
      - Assist the Regional Manager with day-to-day responsibilities and other assigned tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field preferred
      - Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
      - Proficient with iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
      - Must possess OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training or be willing to obtain it
      - Valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in pursuing an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or related certificate or license
      - Experience with IoT devices, including function and deployment
