What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple IT field service projects from initiation to completion
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee hardware deployments, network installations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Minimum of 5 years as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical projects with customer-facing experience
- Project Management experience in Cisco's product line (Routing, Switching, Security, and Unified Communication)
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of cabling infrastructure is a plus
- Ability to communicate within all levels of management within the organization and customer environments
