      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Director of Project Management in completing implementation projects on time and within budget
      - Implement new clients to the employer’s services and enhance processes for existing clients
      - Ensure consistent billing to insurance companies and manage cash flow
      - Encourage customers to adopt the employer's best practices
      - Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize and direct project tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Experience or knowledge in DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health
      - Familiarity with billing systems (e.g., Brightree, CareTend, Niko, TIMS)
      - Proven project management experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
      - Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
