      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full delivery of instructor-led and blended learning programs from kickoff to completion, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers.
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, coordinating weekly check-ins and training plans.
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to scope new engagements and confirm project resources.
      - Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person delivery, including setting up necessary environments and technologies.
      - Track and manage key delivery metrics such as project budgets and evaluation scores.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience in project/program management.
      - 4+ years of customer engagement or customer success experience.
      - Proven experience in project/program management with strong organizational skills.
      - Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
      - Experience with facilitation and conflict resolution.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in learning and development (L&D), technology, or edtech environments.
      - Ability to navigate challenges and create alignment among diverse stakeholders.
      - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining communication and consistency.
