  Project Manager
  
  Position Overview
  
  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead projects related to Waste Water Treatment Facilities and Water Treatment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring timely resolution of any project challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
    
    

  Qualifications
  
  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Waste Water Treatment Facilities and Water Treatment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, SCRUM, and Agile.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
