      Base pay range

      $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

      Position Overview

      We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our water and waste-water construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations. This role is critical in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead the planning and implementation of water and waste-water construction projects.
      • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
      • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
      • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
      • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
      • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
      • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in water and waste-water construction.
      • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
