      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and administer smaller programs or phases of larger programs to ensure compliance with objectives
      - Assess needs and coordinate resources to enhance existing programs
      - Monitor program progress to ensure goals and schedules are met
      - Document and present program results through reports, studies, and presentations
      - Assist with reporting and file management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
      - 3+ years of experience in a related field
      - In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
      - Knowledge of Medicare pharmacy processes and reporting requirements
      - Proficiency in data entry and document preparation using Word and PDF formats

      - Experience with vendor management and contract administration
      - Strong analytical skills for assessing program needs and outcomes
      - Familiarity with compliance and governance standards in the healthcare sector
