What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive execution of client and internal initiatives across the Workforce Solutions vertical
- Manage follow-ups and track actions to protect the time and focus of strategic leaders
- Serve as the first point of contact for client issues and maintain communication loops
- Coordinate and support the development of Semi-Annual Stewardship Decks
- Ensure smooth implementation and integration of systems during onboarding phases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience in client account management and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry
- Familiarity with M&A (Merger and Acquisition) processes
- Previous experience in developing scalable processes and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and presentations
- Knowledge of workforce solutions and HR-related services
