      Project Manager W/Population Health & Data Analytics
      Remote(Need to visit client site once or twice a quarter in Boston, MA)
      Duration: 1 Year+


      Technology PM - Population Health
      Seeking an experienced Project Manager to organize multiple efforts in an extensive Population Health data aggregation project to ingest data into Client's EMR from multiple other EMR sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex clinical data integrations and, ideally, knowledge of Population Health workflows. This role requires expertise in coordinating with clinical operational leaders, EMR vendor resources, technical resources, and Population Health end users, creating meeting agendas and distributing notes, and developing a deep knowledge of the project to be able to help lead discussions with relevant parties.

      Key Responsibilities:
      Schedule and lead project calls to confirm contracting and consent needs, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure testing and data validation readiness.
      Serve as the primary contact for clinical operational leaders and EMR vendors.
      Coordinate required resources for data validation efforts.
      Track progress for technical build and readiness of integrations and clinical validation of data between EMRs.
      Report updates and escalate risks to project leads in a timely manner.

      Qualifications:
      Expertise in project and resource management of technical projects.
      Experience in healthcare data integration and working with EMR systems.
      Proficiency in detailed notes and tracking for complex projects.
      Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

      Preferred Skills:
      Knowledge of HL7 integrations for ingesting clinical data.
      Understanding of Population Health data requirements.
      Clinical data experience.
