- Driving complex projects across the Swiss Affiliate and ensuring upskilling on project management capabilities of the direct in-function counterparts.
- Acting as sparring partner on other initiatives, providing guidance and ensuring direction and quality.
- Playing an active role in the continuous development of the department.
- Bring strong leadership and interpersonal competencies, demonstrate analytical skills, and can effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Are motivated to drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Have the ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
- Possess an ambitious, challenge-seeking, and result-oriented mindset.
- Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field .

The position
In this exciting opportunity, you will be driving and managing diverse projects spanning strategy, organizational development, process optimization, and executive decision support. You will be exposed to different organi z ational areas throughout the Swiss Affiliate, which include commercial, medical, product supply and support functions among others.
