      The position

      In this exciting opportunity, you will be driving and managing diverse projects spanning strategy, organizational development, process optimization, and executive decision support. You will be exposed to different organi z ational areas throughout the Swiss Affiliate, which include commercial, medical, product supply and support functions among others.

      Your main responsibilities will include:

      • Driving complex projects across the Swiss Affiliate and ensuring upskilling on project management capabilities of the direct in-function counterparts.
      • Acting as sparring partner on other initiatives, providing guidance and ensuring direction and quality.
      • Playing an active role in the continuous development of the department.

      Qualifications

      You have decided to apply for this exciting new role because you already have at least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or relevant project management within life sciences, along with experience in financial frameworks and approaches.

      As the ideal candidate, you:

      • Bring strong leadership and interpersonal competencies, demonstrate analytical skills, and can effectively engage with various stakeholders.
      • Are motivated to drive change at all levels of the organization.
      • Have the ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
      • Possess an ambitious, challenge-seeking, and result-oriented mindset.
      • Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field .

      Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 100 employees , dedicated to making a remarkable difference to patients across the country. L ocated at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region Northwest Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations).
