What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee end-to-end Oracle project implementations, upgrades, and migrations in financial environments
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Manage project execution to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of focused experience on Oracle solutions in financial environments
- Proven experience managing Oracle ERP, database, and financial application projects
- Experience in financial industries such as banking, insurance, or capital markets
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification; Oracle certifications are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with both Waterfall and AGILE methodologies
- Strong understanding of Oracle applications, including Oracle Financials, E-Business Suite, or Fusion Cloud
- Minimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles, preferably with multinational corporations
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders
