What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and lead program managers, project managers, and project coordinators to ensure optimal performance
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for the implementation of strategic project management initiatives
- Design and execute project management disciplines within the Project Management Office
- Develop and maintain project and portfolio metrics for executive reporting
- Provide training on project management processes, standards, and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Extensive experience in PMO leadership
- Proven banking experience demonstrated on the resume
- Strong ability to write policies, standards, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Clarity and Azure Boards
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation solutions
- Strong presentation skills, including the development of presentation materials
