What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and dependency management across various systems
- Spearhead organizational change management efforts, ensuring successful user adoption of new systems and processes
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, escalating critical blockers as necessary
- Utilize project management tools to report on project metrics and provide insights to leadership
- Establish and enforce project management processes, documentation standards, and communication protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically with complex IT projects
- Experience in business systems management and change management
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Positioning Services and Global Services offerings
- Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking tools
- Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite
- Proven ability to manage projects involving AI/LLM components
