What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of wealth management or broker-dealer projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation or escalation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of wealth management processes, investment products, and brokerage operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services (Client, SEC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in wealth management or broker-dealer operations
- Understanding of emerging trends in fintech, robo-advisory, and client portal enhancements
- Familiarity with cloud-based wealth management platforms or broker-dealer systems
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications
