What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project leadership and oversee procurement awards to ensure adherence to contract and corporate processes
- Develop procurement strategy and execution plan for critical procurements
- Shape sourcing events and develop Critical Material List
- Complete Project Execution Plan and assign procurement personnel
- Collaborate with internal groups to develop Indirect Staffing Plan
- Establish and maintain procurement plan, status reports, and commercial documents
- Coordinate supplier/subcontractor pre-qualifications
- Monitor procurement staffing, RFPs, bid evaluations, award recommendations, and change management processes
- Monitor expediting, logistics, and material management functions
- Provide organizational structure and responsibilities for procurement execution
- Identify critical equipment and materials
- Establish Supply Optimization plan
- Handle drawing submittals to the Owner
- Perform other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience with management responsibilities up to $100M+
- Experience in the EPC industry
- Strong commercial/contractual proficiency and knowledge of technical documents, document control, safety, quality, Microsoft Office, and Oracle
- Leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment, and minimal direction required
- Effective communication skills and involvement in staff development
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Adherence to vaccination requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of procurement experience
- Experience with NQA1 processes and procedures
