      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage approximately 700-1000 project requests annually for estimating, engineering, and drafting services
      - Direct implementation and execution of sales strategies and programs in alignment with company objectives
      - Oversee Project Coordinators to ensure timely project completion
      - Develop annual sales plans to support organizational strategy and objectives
      - Establish strategies to expand year-over-year revenue and margin within the portfolio of accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
      - 10 or more years in sales leadership or strategic account management
      - Strong knowledge and experience in technical-oriented product selling
      - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
      - Proven track record of leading teams to execute strategies and deliver results

      - Equivalent experience in a similar industry or product field
      - Ability to influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and approaches
      - Experience in leading integration initiatives to support aggressive M&A strategy
