      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the timely facilitation of review requests and monitor individual case progress
      - Collaborate with IDRE team members to prescreen Independent Dispute Resolution cases for eligibility
      - Utilize knowledge in claims, appeals, and denials to support review and resolution processes
      - Coordinate and document data to meet team informational and reporting needs
      - Develop various materials including forms, correspondence, and reports to support team functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or five (5) years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred in a healthcare specialty
      - Minimum of two (2) years of project support experience in a corporate or professional environment
      - Experience in Independent Dispute Resolution or claims, appeal, and denial processes preferred
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based portals
