What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs in alignment with contract requirements
- Manage and coordinate project oversight, stakeholder management, and subcontractor relations
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program updates, progress, and challenges
- Train and supervise personnel while ensuring alignment of program activities with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related field
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in developing and managing program budgets and resources
- Strong understanding of Kessel Run program objectives, including Block 10 and Block 20 requirements
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies for program success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Relevant IT and technology-specific certifications
