What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs, ensuring adherence to contract requirements
- Manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining aggressive efforts to achieve objectives
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of updates and challenges
- Conduct program reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-12 years of experience in program management or related fields
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with experience considered in lieu of education
- Proven experience in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience in the Information Technology or Cybersecurity sectors
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Kessel Run program objectives and deliverables
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
