What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects and programs related to Medicare Advantage initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and scope adherence
- Oversee compliance with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage program requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage projects or programs
- 4-5 years of experience using Jira and Confluence in an Agile setting
- Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of project and program management best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in healthcare technology, payer-provider organizations, or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with CMS reporting, submissions, and audit processes
