      Job Title: Executive & Project Support Assistant

      Location : Chiswick, UK

      About the role

      We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Support Assistant to join our Group Change Delivery team. In this visible and fast-paced role, you’ll provide essential support to the Group Change Delivery Director, Portfolio Management team, and senior stakeholders—helping to coordinate internal transformation projects across the business.

      You’ll be someone who brings energy, accuracy, and a can-do attitude to their work. You’ll need excellent grammar, strong written communication skills, and the ability to take clear, professional notes during meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, thrives on structure and detail, and can confidently support senior leaders while keeping projects running smoothly.

      Responsibilities :

      • Provide day-to-day support to the Group Change Director, SLT, and Portfolio Management team.

      • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and team communications.

      • Coordinate internal events, away days, and team engagement activities.

      • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

      • Support onboarding of new starters and supplier administration.

      • Raise and manage purchase orders, working closely with internal Finance and Risk teams.

      • Maintain digital filing systems and assist with project reporting and communications.

      To be successful in the role, you will have:

      • Experience in project or administrative support, ideally with senior stakeholders.

      • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

      • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt quickly.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Basware experience is a plus.

      • A collaborative, proactive mindset and fluent written and spoken English.

      • A degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
