What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve membership sales objectives
- Provide high levels of proactive service to support the growth and retention of assigned clients
- Schedule and conduct quarterly client meetings and follow-up activities
- Maintain and monitor client marketing promotion metrics and provide timely reporting
- Identify and resolve client issues while maintaining positive relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across various channels
- Valid Driver’s license, good driving record, and availability of an automobile for job use
- Strong public speaking, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Experience in analyzing web analytics to determine sales success
- Proven ability to develop relationships over the phone to drive new sales growth
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
