      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct property acquisition, appraisal, relocation, and management activities in compliance with regulations
      - Input data into Land Asset Management Data Application (LAMDA) and ProjectWise for property functions
      - Participate in public meetings and identify improvements to work methods and materials
      - Collaborate with team members on property-related projects and initiatives
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations during property transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Professional experience in real estate:
      - 0 years for Property Analyst 9
      - 1 year for Property Analyst 10
      - 2 years for Property Analyst P11
      - 3 years for Property Analyst 12
      - Valid Michigan Appraisal License required for Property Analyst 12
      - Alternate education/experience may qualify candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in real estate appraisal and property management
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
      - Prior military service at or above the E-6 level may substitute for education requirements
      - Knowledge of state and federal property regulations
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
