      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project teams in the execution of technical project work and client management duties
      - Oversee project budgets and ensure staff stays on task
      - Foster strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client opportunities
      - Prepare and review proposals for potential work
      - Engage in professional organizations and contribute to technical committees in line with the field of work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction/building industry
      - Valid driver's license and an adequate motor vehicle report
      - Technical understanding of the due diligence inspection process, including Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
      - Strong verbal and interpersonal communication and technical writing skills
      - Ability to travel 25% of the time outside of the immediate region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, or the ability to obtain a license within 12 months of hiring
      - Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or architecture field
      - Industry credentials such as IIBEC, LEED, CSI, or PMI
      - Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite to support business operations
      - Knowledge of building enclosure systems and general construction practices
