      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project teams in executing technical project work, performing senior reviews, and managing client relationships
      - Oversee project budgets and ensure team members remain on task
      - Foster strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities
      - Prepare and review proposals for potential work based on gathered opportunities
      - Engage in professional organizations and contribute to technical committees in alignment with industry practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction/building industry
      - Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle report
      - Technical understanding of the due diligence inspection process, including Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) per ASTM E2018
      - Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with technical writing abilities
      - Ability to travel 25% of the time outside the immediate region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months of hiring
      - Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or architecture field
      - Industry credentials such as IIBEC, LEED, CSI, or PMI
      - Working knowledge of building enclosure systems and other third-party consultant reports related to real estate transactions
      - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to support business operations
