      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Property Management & Real Estate Development Intern

      BMOC, Inc.

      Internship | Part-Time | Semester-Based

      Overview

      BMOC, Inc. is seeking a high-performing intern interested in building a career in real estate, property management, or development. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff, with responsibility across operations, leasing, development, and business growth.

      This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants real responsibility, not a passive internship.

      Responsibilities

      • Front Desk & Operations: Serve as the front-line representative of the company; manage resident, client, and visitor interactions
      • Leasing & Property Management: Assist with leasing activities and support Property Managers as needed
      • Real Estate Development: Support active development projects; independently research, initiate outreach, and communicate with external stakeholders
      • Business Development: Assist with growth initiatives; work with the Marketing Director and CEO on research and outreach

      • Strong communication and professionalism

      Physical Demands

      Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and respond quickly in emergencies. Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs (e.g., event supplies). Stand for extended periods during events or move-in/out. Use of computer and phone for communication
