      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support onsite teams in all aspects of property management, including financial and administrative operations
      - Assist with site marketing, leasing, move-ins, and resident retention initiatives
      - Ensure compliance with property management regulations and standards
      - Travel regularly to various residential properties within the Greater Rochester area and surrounding locations
      - Collaborate closely with Community and District Property Managers to achieve property goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Certification as an Occupancy Specialist for affordable sites
      - Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations
      - NYS Notary License must be obtained within six months of hire
      - Must obtain CMH (Affordable) or ARM (Market) certification within one year of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention
      - Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization, and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
      - Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including overtime
      - Physical capability to walk, lift and move light loads, bend, stoop, and climb stairs regularly
