What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to meet client needs
- Manage and oversee various commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family assets
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic real estate plans
- Conduct market analysis to inform investment decisions and property management
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with property management software and real estate analysis tools
- Professional certifications such as CCIM or CPM
- Background in working with government clients or institutions
- Strong networking skills within the real estate community
