      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the administration of a large award portfolio, managing funds and monitoring balances
      - Respond to inquiries and solve problems related to award management
      - Coordinate subaward/subcontract paperwork and support invoice monitoring
      - Assist with budget realignments, projections, and spending plans
      - Serve as backup for co-workers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree; no prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
      - Excellent organizational skills with a strong record of accuracy and attention to detail
      - Ability to multitask and respond professionally in challenging situations
      - Strong communication skills necessary for interaction with various Central offices
      - Familiarity with NIH policies and guidelines is beneficial

      - Knowledge of grant/contract procedures and prior relevant experience
