      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a content management strategy and plan for the proposal team
      - Curate and maintain high-quality content for the proposal library
      - Establish version control processes and conduct quality assurance checks for content accuracy and compliance
      - Implement efficient systems for content accessibility and searchability
      - Provide training and guidance on utilizing the content management library
      - Regularly assess and improve content management processes and systems
      - Protect sensitive information stored in the content management library
      - Support proposal responses by creating templates, formatting and editing text, and drafting sections of the response

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience in content management, with at least one year in a proposal environment
      - Proficiency in content management systems and tools
      - Familiarity with proposal development processes and requirements
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional editorial and document management skills
      - Ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
      - Experience with Adobe
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related area, or equivalent combination of experience and education

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of AI-enabled features within proposal content management systems
      - Experience implementing a content management system
      - Previous end-to-end proposal management experience
      - Completion of content management or proposal training/courses
