Job Description

- Develop go/no-go strategy for pursuits and sourcing new business through RFP sites.
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, gathering necessary data and information, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
- Monitor and manage RFP timelines to ensure timely submissions.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify RFP requirements and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of RFP submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain central repository of RFP templates, boilerplate responses, content, and relevant documentation to streamline future proposal creation either via SharePoint or other identified RFP software, enabling organization to have access to information for other pursuits and materials.
- Support the development of compelling presentations for client meetings, conferences, and other business development activities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create visually engaging and informative presentation materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all presentation materials.
- Assist in the development of presentation templates for various departments.
- Create visually appealing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
- Utilize graphic design software to enhance the visual elements of collateral.
- Implement corporate branding guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional appearance in all materials.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that design supports overall strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in preparing RFPs, project coordination, and client/vendor communication either in CRE or A&E industries.
- Proficiency in graphic design and desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

The Valuation & Advisory (V&A) Proposal Director will play a pivotal role in our Operations team, responsible for creating, editing, and managing the Request for Proposal (RFPs) responses, ensuring they are well structured, persuasive, and tailored to the specific needs of our clients. The ability to create and curate content is a key to this role. In addition, the Proposal Director will assist with client and vendor communication, and offer presentation support as needed. This role encompasses graphic design and desktop publishing tasks, ensuring that all materials are visually engaging and professional.
This is a highly visible position requiring communication with external clients, internal managers, and valuation professionals. The successful candidate will be organized, detailed oriented, and have the ability to multitask and follow through in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written communication skills required.
