  Tasks:
  
  - Produce high-quality proposals and templates for the Customer Service team.
  - Coordinate, write, and edit technical sales proposal content according to standards.
  - Utilize strong organizational skills to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  - Demonstrate technical aptitude across software, controls, and mechanical disciplines.
  - Familiarity with Visual Basic and/or HTML, and ClientPoint automation is preferred.
  - Communicate complex technical information in a clear and practical manner.
  - Flexibility in managing schedules, tasks, content, and requirements.
  - Follow procedures and apply standards, styles, and templates for consistent documentation.
  - Serve as a subject matter expert for technical and contractual proposal content.
  - Collaborate with various departments to address potential issues in proposal text.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or advanced degree.
  - Two to five years of experience in proposal writing/management or related field.
  - Experience as a Paralegal or legal assistant is preferred.
  - Experience in a multi-facility, international organization.
  - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  - Ability to understand and differentiate between various software offerings.
  - Experience developing technical documentation/manuals is desirable.
  - Knowledge of material handling systems is helpful.
  - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  
  Additional Information:

  - The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000.
  - Final compensation will be determined by factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
