  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Market the employer's suite of products and services to protocol teams and token issuers globally
  - Provide exceptional sales and relationship management for token issuers
  - Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol-specific products
  - Collaborate with senior team members to generate and pursue leads
  - Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of VIP global clients
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the crypto industry or traditional finance
  - Strong passion for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and commitment to staying current on trends
  - Excellent team collaboration skills, capable of working across various functions
  - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results without the need for micromanagement
  - Strong verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex subjects
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience leading the go-to-market strategy for a token launch at a crypto protocol
  - Previous sales experience at a competing custodian, exchange, or crypto trading platform
  - Background in traditional financial institutions
  - Experience in sell-side investment banking
